The free ReadyCARD mobile app is an easy-to-use, secure way to manage your prepaid card account on the go. Get text or email alerts1 when your balance gets low and when transactions are verified. You can also view transaction history in detailed detail and find the nearest reload location by zip code or address.
If you decide to close your prepaid card, call the READYdebit customer service number and give the representative your name and card number. Then ask to have the remaining balance amount issued in a check to you. The representative will verify your identity and process your request.
